Our Go Bag has many of the essentials needed if you and your loved ones need to evacuate your home quickly. It can also be used if you need to stay at home but have lost utilities. The idea of a go bag is that in an emergency you have all the basics needed in one, easy access location. The last thing you want to being doing is scrambling around the house trying to gather stuff when you should be leaving.  This kit is designed for a short term evacuation (3-5 days).  
 
It includes: 
1 Hand-crank radio/flashlight.  This device can charge itself or your phone with a hand crank or included solar panel.  It has an AM/FM radio with a built in weather radio.  It also has several built-in lights and an alarm feature. 
1 Mini First Aid “booboo” kit.  This is for minor cuts and scrapes.  
1 Tourniquet kit including tourniquet, wound packing gauze, sterile gloves, and a mini marker for marking the time. The Bay Area BGOA tourniquet kit is the only one on the market with an embedded QR code.  Scan the code and get quick instructions on how to use the kit. 
1 emergency Mylar thermal blanket. (order 1 more for each member of your household). 
1 KN95 mask (order more for other household members). 
1  USB thumb drive (upload important documents i.e.: drivers license, passport, bank info, etc.)
1 Emergency whistle.
1 Multitool with pliers, knife, screwdrivers, etc. 
 
Store your Go Bag in an easy access location like a coat closet close to the front door.  The idea is if you have to leave the house quickly grab 1 prepared Go Bag for each household member and go!
