Queens Only Level 2

Welcome to the Queens Only Pistol Level 2 course, designed for individuals who have successfully completed a Level 1 pistol course or possess equivalent experience. This comprehensive program is crafted to elevate your pistol proficiency to the next level, focusing on advanced techniques, situational awareness, and honing your defensive skills.

Course Highlights:

Review:

The course will begin with a review and fine-tuning of level 1 fundamentals including stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control, and follow-through.

Advanced Marksmanship:

Develop precision shooting skills at various distances. Master sight picture and trigger control for consistent accuracy. Engage in dynamic shooting drills to enhance speed and control.

Dynamic Shooting Positions:

Learn to shoot from unconventional positions and cover. Practice shooting on the move while maintaining accuracy. Enhance your ability to engage targets in real-world scenarios.

Malfunction Drills and Tactical Reloads:

Gain expertise in identifying and quickly resolving common firearm malfunctions. Master the art of tactical reloads for seamless transitions between magazines. Increase your confidence in handling unexpected challenges.

Legal and Ethical Considerations:

• Explore the legal aspects of using a firearm in self-defense.
• Understand the ethical responsibilities associated with carrying a concealed weapon.
• Receive guidance on navigating potential legal challenges.

Prerequisites:

Successful completion of a Level 1 pistol course or equivalent experience. Participants must possess a valid concealed carry permit or meet local requirements for participation.

This is an advanced class and you are expected to bring your own firearm and holster!!!  Rentals will not be available!

Note:

Bay Area BGOA is now an official partner of the USCCA.  This means students will have the opportunity to become USCCA members and receive self-defense liability insurance.  Many of our officers and trainers have had this policy even before our club was a USCCA partner.  If you own a gun it's a good idea to look into this.  We will have a USCCA rep on-site the day of the event to discuss what they offer.
